In the framework of enriching knowledge and enhancing life skills and recreational activities to provide psychological and social support services in the sites of the displaced and the host, the Women and Child Care Organization established two groups of women and girls within the framework of the economic empowerment project in coordination with the Ministry of Social Development / Woman and Family Department with the support of the United Nations Population Fund and the supervision of the Nada Al-Azhar Organization in the rural Kassala locality in the Wad Sharifi area. They were trained in the manufacture of Sudanese pastries and perfumes, and the training course concluded with the holding of an exhibition of the products. The celebration was attended by the Director of the Woman and Child Care Organization, Ms. Buthaina Akasha, and the Director of the Sabreen Organization, Mr. Ahmed Mahmoud Sorour. The trainees participated in singing and poetry segments.
